FrameworkOP, the City’s process to update its comprehensive plan, is officially underway! The Steering Committee kicked off the process with its first meeting in early September to learn about expectations, discuss public engagement, and share insight on the greatest opportunities for Overland Park.
With the process officially underway, the committee is excited to invite everyone in the community to participate in a “Framing our Future” workshop on Tuesday, Oct. 18. The event will celebrate the accomplishments made over the last four decades and begin discussing and planning Overland Park’s future and Comprehensive Plan.
There will be several opportunities throughout this 18-month process for the community to get involved. The first opportunity for the public is the Framing our Future Workshop:
